AUBREY CALAWAY is a performer, host, and Portland-based comic.

In a desperate bid for relevance, Aubrey often tells jokes about being trans. He/him does stand-up, improv, and comedic monologing. He studied under Daniel Karameblas at Maine Improv Studio and has been performing in MIST Presents shows since 2024. His biggest claim to fame is founding cult favorite improv troupe Emma Come Back, coached by Brendan Lorello. He wrote, directed, and acted in the award-winning original comedy show This Is Improv!, which was honored with the Patron’s Choice award during its debut run at PortFringe 2026.
